Israeli user found an interesting way to take advantage of the fact that Tel-Aviv is under fire by Hamas.
As the firing towards Israel continues, the Jewish mind can’t stop thinking how to make the best of a bad situation. We can only guess what went through this Tel-Aviv resident’s mind when he decided to take this part from the missile debris that landed in the outskirts of Tel-Aviv, but it seems that these days, everything can go on sale; and apparently there are even buyers.
In the words of Yochay Benarie (The seller):
“This piece of Hamas rocket fell in the area of central Tel-Aviv on Saturday night. It was shot down by the amazing Iron Dome defense system. Right after the sirens went off a loud BOOM was heard, and several seconds later several pieces of debris fell from the sky. My dog was crazy scared, and my GF was screaming that I should not go outside cause I’ll be killed. This was totally worth it. If you want a souvenir from these days of sirens in Tel Aviv, send me a message.”
Benarie has put the debris on sale on the Israeli second-hand mobile market place, HappySale, and is asking for 500 Israeli Shekels (about $146) for it. We contacted Benarie and asked him to confirm the details of the story. He mentioned that he already got some interesting offers for the debris, so if you are interested in acquiring this “one-of-a-kind” souvenir, know that you will have competition.
Important note: We do appreciate the irony of the situation. It is very important to remember that even touching such debris is very dangerous and we do not encourage or recommend it.
